We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations across multiple locations within our healthcare organization. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing accounting functions, and driving financial performance in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare finance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and industry regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance on financial reporting, budgeting, and operational processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain financial integrity.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning, cost reduction initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Implement best practices in financial management to support sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing and mentoring accounting teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
