A cutting-edge AI SaaS start-up transforming the urban planning industry is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role will involve breaking down and analyzing business needs based on Solution Value Analysis across complicated business processes. An understanding of Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) methodology and Large Language Models (LLM) is strongly preferred.

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles. Remote flexibility. Must work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business analysis or technical consulting experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM technologies in a BA setting
• Jobs-To-Be-Done and Solution Value experience is a must
• Strong background in business modeling and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to communicate between technical and non-technical team members
