Title: Compliance Officer

Location: On-Site in Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: Up to $85k in base + benefits

Our client, a long-standing and well-capitalized financial institution, is seeking a Compliance Officer to support day-to-day compliance monitoring and assist in maintaining regulatory adherence across key operational areas. This is a hands-on, on-site role with visibility across departments—ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, looking to deepen their impact in a collaborative environment.

Key qualifications:

• Working knowledge of key banking regulations (BSA/AML, OFAC, consumer protection, etc.)

• Experience supporting compliance testing, audits, and internal reporting

• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with internal teams and external regulators

• Prior experience in banking or a regulated financial services environment preferred
