About This Role Carrier is seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our Digital ERP CoE Finance team as Central Finance Record to Report (R2R) Leader. The candidate will assume overall responsibility for the R2R solution ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Responsible for benchmarking SAP Central Finance RTR processes with similar industries to propose scalable, lowest ownership and cost solutions that fit with existing Central Finance solution. Act as the integration layer between business and technology teams to deliver a seamless solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting software solutions for S4 Central Finance application in collaboration OTC and PTP leads. Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation projects in accordance with Carrier methodologies and governance model, collaborating across the Digital organization to ensure solution designs are aligned to the overall ERP enterprise architecture. Configure Central Finance module to achieve business goals, including integration points with other SAP modules or other applications, following SAP standard methodologies. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within SAP Central Finance solution to support financial reporting and compliance requirements. Analyze and optimize existing R2R processes to improve efficiency and align with industry best practices using SAP software. Lead and mentor a team of technical and functional specialists responsible for on time project delivery and operational support as part of the OneCoE build and run strategy. Provide support to finance and accounting teams on the effective use of SAP software. Required Qualifications: 7+ years' experience in design, delivery, and support of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and S/4 HANA environments. 5+ years of experience handling the configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN); understanding of integration with other SAP modules. 3+ years of experience with corporate finance processes supported by Central Finance, including central payments, open item management, credit management, and/or shared services 3+ years of experience in customer facing roles, preferably consultancy. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology or computer science. Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively work with limited oversight. Results oriented, stiving to bolster personal and overall team results. Trusted and respected thought leader with proven ability to influence stakeholders. Highly collaborative and supportive of business and of its ideals and strategies. Practical in approach to problem solving and decision making. Travel: You will be required to travel as is determined by the needs of our businesses.
