Position Description

The Senior Production Credit Analyst position serves as the primary point of responsibility for calculating and analyzing production credit for new business, policy changes, and growth on existing business. This position will focus on transforming existing processes into greater efficiency and automation.

Position Location:

  • This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

What you do:

  • Perform production credit granting processes, completely and accurately within established deadlines
  • Identify efficiencies in current processes by seeking ways to automate production credit granting while maintaining day to day operations
  • Create and deliver production credit analytics and identify actionable outcomes
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to build dashboards, create projections, and identify trends for management use
  • Serve as key contact for new system developments and implementation
  • Provide excellent service to internal partners and collaborate with other teams and departments to support company objectives
  • Possible backup role to peers on the team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required; Preferred degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, IT, or related field
  • 1-3 years of related experience required
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI and Cognos required
  • Experience working in relational databases such as SQL and Access
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required
