The Senior Enterprise Risk Manager executes the development, implementation, governance and continuous improvement of the Edward Jones Enterprise Management framework pillars and programs. This position is responsible for the execution of Enterprise risk capabilities, providing risk consultation across the Enterprise, aggregation and prioritization of the Enterprise risk profile, building and enabling our Enterprise risk culture and ensuring alignment of our risk framework to the firm's strategic objectives. The Enterprise Risk Senior Manager in this position will be focused on and responsible for enabling the Firm's Risk Culture and Acumen by coordinating and executing change management strategies across functions and lines of business.

What You'll Do :
  • Develops and executes approach to enable our risk culture values and behaviors to demonstrate our commitment to how risk is understood, managed and communicated at all levels in the organization. Inclusive of developing change management content and communications for various stakeholder groups.
  • Create and implement clear communication strategies and materials to support ERM change management initiatives throughout the firm (e.g. periodic newsletters, risk training, annual risk summits, etc.)
  • Collaborate with functional areas and first line risk teams to further develop and strengthen our Enterprise Risk Management framework.
  • Fosters a collaborative, accountable, transparent and proactive risk culture across the organization.
  • Supports the execution of Enterprise risk strategies, in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and our Enterprise Risk Management strategy.
  • Contributes to the development of Enterprise Risk Management programs, policies, standards and processes to manage risks according to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Leads components of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, such as framework pillars, programs, or objective-level execution.
  • Ensures the organization's risk management framework and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, rating agency standards, and strategic imperatives of the organization.
  • Advise and consult on risk matters to support effective risk management practices across the company's governance ecosystem and decision-making processes.
  • Implement ongoing enhancements to the Enterprise Risk Framework to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement towards maturity.
  • Knowledge of Change Management, methodologies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Frameworks, methodologies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of the financial services and wealth management industries.

Preferred Knowledge
  • Basic organizational knowledge and savvy to understand how to best apply industry frameworks to Edward Jones successfully.

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home o ffi ce loca ti ons are expected to work in the o ffi ce three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
