About E2E FP&A Team
The E2E FP&A team performs a critical role in transforming our U.S Store Operations, Real Estate, and Supply Chain functions to support end-to-end acceleration, and projects that significantly improve the way our business operates. The Sr Manager will be responsible for driving the optimization of processes across forecasting, planning and reporting, and helping to redefine how Finance supports the business in achieving near-term and long-term objectives. You will work side-by-side with leadership across the U.S. E2E organization in designing and delivering efficient business processes. What you'll do...

• Forecasting, Planning and Analytics supporting the financial forecasting & planning and strategic process to chart the path to future goals
• Understanding and analyzing current business processes and trends across the organization
• Making recommendations to business process changes based on experience, analysis, best practices and best-in-class
• Communicate with functional areas to understand significant variations; document and prepare results for presentation; and answer any follow-up questions regarding financial issues.
• Working with cross functional teams to align opportunities for improvement
• Transform ways of working by leveraging new technologies and processes .
• Proactively seek out opportunities to propel the business forward and prepare for the next generation of team services and experiences
