Finance Manager

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Avon, CO. The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and overseeing the organization’s budgeting and forecasting processes. This role also includes managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, and supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate will provide critical financial insights to aid strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications: Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise. Demonstrated experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, interpret, and explain financial statements and budgets. Effective communicator with excellent leadership abilities. Capable of collaborating with multiple departments and contributing to cross-functional projects. Familiarity with Colorado sales tax regulations and experience filing periodic state tax reports.
