General Summary:
The Senior Operations Business Analyst is responsible for leading and managing complex business analysis efforts across various areas within the Enterprise. This role involves close collaboration with agile teams, leadership roles and subject matter experts to deliver defined business objectives within agile teams. The Senior Operations Business Analyst mentors junior analysts, drives innovation, and ensures solutions align with the companys strategic direction.
This business analyst will be primarily working on Finances data roadmap as we explore and understand customer and process needs. A person that will in excel in this role will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial data, and the ability to translate complex systems and processes into complex systems and processes into clear and easy to understand requirements for design/development. They will spend the majority of their day collaborating with teams to facilitate requirement sessions, conducting data analysis, and ensuring alignment to the data product objectives.
