JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced U.S. Reporting Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, U.S. GAAP reporting, and audit, with experience in financial reporting for U.S.-listed companies. This role will be responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements, coordination with auditors, and collaboration with overseas finance teams.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management and external stakeholders.
  • Provide required documents and support to auditors during financial audits.
  • Coordinate with overseas finance teams or cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial reporting processes.
  • Maintain compliance with AICPA standards and other applicable regulations.
  • Assist in basic U.S. tax filing and related financial activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
  • Manage finance-related administrative duties, including processing client checks and communicating with tax agencies through verbal and written correspondence.
  • Attend meetings and company training as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in audit (accounting firm) or financial reporting for a U.S.-listed company.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and AICPA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively liaise with international teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to work during non-standard working hours to interact with global team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
