Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst We are seeking dynamic Financial Analysts and Sr Financial Analysts to join our fast-paced team. These roles involve diverse responsibilities across financial planning and analysis, market consulting and pricing, process automation, financing, and M&A. The ideal candidates will maintain a professional image, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This client is open to someone with less than a year of experience, or for the Sr role 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities Develop forecasting methodologies and driver-based financial models to support company-wide forecasts. Lead the annual budgeting process by creating models and collaborating with operational and corporate departments. Extract data from reporting systems using SQL and present it in clear, actionable reports and visuals. Serve as an internal consultant for operational markets, creating financial models to identify strategies for financial performance improvement. Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies for large group opportunities. Support Supply Chain and Procurement with cost-saving initiatives. Develop PowerBI dashboards with the company developer to monitor key metrics. Collaborate in ERP system implementation with Accounting, Operations, and external consultants. Identify opportunities for process automation to increase operational efficiency across departments. Support financing activities, analyze credit terms, and respond to due diligence requests. Create reporting packages for lenders, including financial performance reviews and covenant calculations. Contribute to M&A efforts through industry research, financial analysis, and due diligence. Essential Skills Financial analysis Budgeting Forecasting Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) Ability to present and explain data Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and vision tools Experience with program development Experience with data visualization tools Work Environment Initial training is onsite, then shifts to a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (typically Monday and Friday remote; Wednesday in-office). The work hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm. The dress code is business casual, with an emphasis on neat and professional attire.
