Senior Financial Analyst (Business Development)

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will work with Finance and Business Development to create financial models and evaluate potential opportunities for new stores in Airports, Rail stations and Casinos. The role will require you to work cross-functionally with the business to gather data and information to validate the assumptions made in the modeling process. You will present your numbers to senior managers within the company to gain their buy-in for potentially significant investments.

Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Schedule: Monday Friday, Weekends as needed , 40-50 hours per week

Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 annually

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Development team to understand the scope of the project
• Define and source the data required with the internal teams
• Analyzing financial statements, reports and developing financial models
• Validate assumptions through benchmarking and market research
• Prepare and present cost projections to c-level executives

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, commercial or related field (Preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Commercial Analysis
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to influence and impact the business
• Expertise in MS Excel and creating financial models
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
